Egg in Onion

Oh pinterest, the ideas you give me...

I got the main idea from here

Ingredients:
1 large onion, cut into 1/2 -3/4 inch rings
eggs, however many you want to make

Slice the onion and pop out the inner most rings. Try to slice them so they're level and then the egg whites won't run and spread from underneath them. Spray a pan with nonstick spray, and place the onions in the pan.

Crack the eggs in the center of the onion rings. The bigger the rings, the easier it is for the egg to stay contained.

And then, you wait...

and wait..

and wait for the egg to cook through.

You mainly want the white to be cooked through. It's okay if the yolk is a little runny.

You just don't want to get sick! But, finally, after 5-10 minutes, here is the egg in the onion ring!

Season with salt and/ or pepper to taste!
