Blueberry Chocolate Oatmeal Shakeology
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 Tbsp Rolled Oats
1/3 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
1 cup water
I always begin with a water base and add the powder, but of course, you're welcome to replace it with milk instead.
Stir the powder and liquid, and add the oats.
Add the blueberries,
Blend away! Pulse or blend until you've reached the desired consistency.
I would have to say that the chocolate shake is my favorite because of the thick, pudding-like texture. The thick consistency keeps me fuller, longer!
