Inspired by the banana ice cream, and our love for fruit, we thought, what other "ice creams" could we make with the frozen fruit that we have? Strawberries, mangos, peaches, and blackberries all sit comfortably on the shelves of our freezer, but we decided that mangos and peaches would have the best consistency when pureed.
Recipe:
1/2 cup peaches
1/2 cup mangos
1-2 Tbsp milk
Simply place the frozen fruit into the food processor...
And pulse...
and pulse...
and add milk..
and pulse some more!
and then you have your fruit sorbet!
Delish!
